Digital Marketing Specialist

• Permanent position
• $85K - 90K + super (fixed salary bracket, depending on experience)
• Remote role for candidates based in Melbourne, with occasional travel required to Sydney throughout the year

Rare opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with a strong track record designing and implementing paid media campaigns to join a leading digital marketing agency.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Partnerships and Strategy, you will work across a number of high-profile clients, and will play a key role in leading strategy and planning implementation of digital campaigns across display, paid and organic search and social channels.

What you'll be doing:

• Co-developing, enhancing, building, and implementing strategies that support client objectives
• Managing overall campaign implementation and ensuring resourcing and paid assumptions adhere to budget and performance expectations
• Providing multi-variate and A/B testing across copy, creative image, call to action, lead forms and lead journey strategies
• Ensuring campaigns are correctly implemented, properly named and filed correctly
• Helping to manage timeline development and raising concerns if performance is not to expectation
• Reviewing statements and estimates of work prior to client reviews
• Building media plans for approval and advising what is needed for content
• Delivering timely and correct performance and POE reports

Experience you will need to be considered for this role:

• Minimum 2 years paid media experience across social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok & Amazon Ads)
• Hands-on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads experience
• End-to-end paid media search and social experience (including strategising)
• Agency background and any experience presenting to clients will be highly regarded
• Familiarity with Google Suite of Products, Slack & Asana preferred
