About the role

We’re looking for an innovative, creative and passionate Mid-Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their skill and passion for design from digital to print and brand development.

Someone with a can-do attitude and an out-of-the-box thinking approach, keen to explore new ideas and creative solutions to deliver the best work for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as Adobe Suite, Figma and others as well as delivering a range of outputs including Brand Identity development, Website Design and Digital and Print Collateral.

As a Graphic Designer, you will bring our clients' briefs and vision to life with playfulness and authenticity, working alongside the creative and development team. You will be responsible for producing sophisticated, creative and engaging visual solutions for our client's digital and print needs, in line with their strategy, values and brand.

You'll also be responsible for developing or enhancing our client's brand and reputation by redesigning or developing their unique brand identity and guidelines, in line with their strategy and goals, delivering them a strong brand foundation, as well as any required brand collateral.

Other key responsibilities include:

• The design and production of assets for digital channels (eDM, website, social & other platforms)
• Assist the team with the website development process including asset creation, reviewing and testing to ensure the final product matches the initial concepts and designs
• Manage the creation of internal content and collateral for Belver's social media channels, case studies and marketing activities
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

The experience required for this position is 3+ years of either client-side or agency-specific experience with a focus on branding and digital delivery. This position will report to the Head of Digital.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Established designer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in agency or client-side
• Portfolio of work with experience with the production of branding assets such as logos, brand guidelines and brand collateral and digital deliverables such as websites and EDM designs and social or digital advertising collateral
• Someone with a confident, fully-formed design sense, and a passion for UX and UI with strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills
• Ability to interpret a brief, think creatively and critically, develop concepts, and deliver work that fits the brief and delights clients
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other tools like Figma, Sketch and project management tools like Asana, Basecamp, ClickUp and Slack
• Strategic and creative thinking with a focus on innovative and creative solutions
• An adaptable team member who can manage multiple projects and their own time
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Collaborative, open and thrive to work in a team environment as well as remotely
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Desirable skills, but not essential

• Ability to work with WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Shopify or other CMSs
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience/interest in Brand Strategy
• Versatile in copywriting
• Experience with the creation of motion graphics (After Effects)
• Experience/interest in Social Media and Content Creation
