• Plan and Execute Trips: Research and create personalized itineraries for clients
• Client-Centric Service: Understand and cater to individual travel needs and preferences
• Ongoing Learning: Complete training to maintain travel booking certifications
• Stay Informed: Keep up with travel restrictions, industry changes, and destination updates
• Book Travel Needs: Arrange flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, tickets, and more
• Collaborate and Communicate: Work with team members and effectively assist clients pre- and post-travel
• Promote Travel: Develop promotional materials and network with tour operators
• Professional Growth: Attend vendor webinars and participate in FAM trips to gain destination expertise

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills (sales experience is a plus)
• A smartphone with internet access is required; a laptop is recommended but not mandatory
• Personal travel experience is a bonus but not required
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is also a plus
