This is your opportunity to help shape the future of AI education and enablement as a core team member at a high-growth startup. We're a small, effective, and fully-remote team composed of people across disciplines.

What you'll do

• Build new user-facing features from database schema (using Drizzle ORM and Neon/PostgreSQL) through to API routes (mostly tRPC) and implementing front-end React from design and UX library components
• Align implementation patterns across the site and document them for our AI Engineering sidekick workflows (including aider and OpenHands)
• Improve query performance and optimise server- and client-side rendering. We run Next.js RSC hosted on Vercel
• Add real-time and near-time features to our flagship Campus application (using Cloudflare Workers and partykit.io)
• Integrate with third-party developer tooling services (too many to list here!)
• Conduct experimental development focussed on interactive learning, operational tools, and others.

About You

• Highly autonomous and driven: You thrive in startup environments and love taking ownership of technical challenges.
• Proficient in TypeScript and Full Stack Development: You have hands-on experience with TypeScript and React, and have opinions about technical architecture.
• Strong product sense: You delight in contributing to user-centric product design decisions, both visual and technical.
• Excited by 0-to-1 building: You’re eager to build a platform from scratch and shape its technical direction.
• Collaborative and adaptable: You’re a team player ready to work across the stack and wear multiple hats as needed.
• Growth and learning mindset, especially in technical ways of working. Strongly results-focussed.
• Comfortable in a remote-first environment with a global team. You are self-motivated, driven, and know when to ask for help.
