• Have good communication and presentation skills
• It will be customer facing role hance need some prior exposure of serving such roles.

Technical Skills :

• Ability to develop appointment booking functionality using the Salesforce Scheduler including:
• Single-party appointment bookings
• Multi-party appointment bookings
• Group bookings
• Building rules/logic around party conflicts within multi-party appointment bookings
• Ability to develop functionality related to client correspondence e.g. formatted templates, letters, emails, SMS
• Understanding of API integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Ability to work with an Agile project delivery methodology
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution options within Salesforce - desirable
