Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Recruitment Officer at Etcher Solutions Pty Ltd. The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for job description development, hiring processes, conducting interviews, and recruiting top-tier candidates.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
• Experience in Job Description Development
• Expertise in Hiring processes and Interviewing techniques
• Recruiting skills to attract top-tier candidates
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Knowledge of Australian labour laws and regulations
• Experience in HR is a plus
• Experience within the mining and resource industry is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit for trades and operator personnel
• Source and attract candidates through external recruitment platforms
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback
