Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals. Your role involves facilitating workshops, developing process models, and advising stakeholders on industry best practices to support digital transformation. With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and superannuation products, you will guide teams through change management, optimize system integrations, and deliver solutions that streamline processes and improve member outcomes. Requirements

• Navigation of ambiguous strategic direction and management of senior executives in Melbourne
• Translating high-level documentation into delivery-ready requirements
• Facilitation of discovery workshops / meetings as required
• Prior experience working within the regulatory aspects of the Australian Superannuation Industry
