Job Title: Implementation Project ManagerLocation: ANZ - fully remoteCompany: Software DevelopmentOur client, a leader in revolutionising customer experiences through a cutting-edge CCaaS platform, trusted by globally recognized brands, is seeking a dynamic Project Manager with contact centre expertise for an exciting opportunity.Responsibilities: -Own post-sale implementations, collaborating with sales, product, solutions architects, and customer success teams.Work closely with client project teams, develop and maintain project documentation, and lead internal meetings.You can use product knowledge and problem-solving skills to help clients through challenges during implementation.Build a scalable implementation process.Requirements: -Proven experience in contact center projects and deployments.Minimum of 3 years of client-facing project management experience.Experience with CCaaS technology and the Amazon Connect product suite.
