About The Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide support in marketing, email management, and organizational administration. This role requires working during Arizona time to ensure seamless communication and alignment with our operations. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Support:

  • Assist with creating, scheduling, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts, including posting updates and responding to inquiries.
  • Conduct research to identify marketing trends and opportunities

Email Management:

  • Monitor, organize, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and organize email lists and contacts.
  • Draft professional email communications as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with task management and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and email management platforms.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing software) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in marketing or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and email automation software.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
