Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Facilities Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive growth. This includes preparing proposals, conducting market research, creating business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The Business Development Manager will also track market trends, monitor competitors, and meet sales targets, contributing to the success and expansion of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven business development skills, including identifying and securing new opportunities and generating sales leads.
• Proficiency in crafting business proposals, creating sales strategies, and conducting market research.
• Effective communication and relationship management skills for building and maintaining client partnerships.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and project coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with the facility management or cleaning services industry is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
