Rory Hock, Don't Just Dream, Do is looking for an up and coming business development enthusiast to join our team in a remote capacity. The Business Development will create and manage all digital marketing campaigns and properties to promote the company and its products. We market online personal development courses and events. This is a growing industry and I'm looking for someone wanting to help us grow internationally. Currently the company has presence in over 100 countries, and we're only just getting started! The ideal candidate is a self-starter, loves a challenge, and has a passion for learning. To be successful, the Business Development Executive must have the ability to think strategically. This person must be able to analyse performance/data and evaluate to determine the best course of action. Responsibilities:

• Create and strategise – Follow our proven system to develop new marketing campaigns, and research to find more options. Lead, develop and manage all web campaigns, the marketing database, any email or social medial traffic and advertisements. Manage your social media account to generate growth and develop niche marketing campaigns to attract leads. Create ways to generate high website traffic, stronger brand awareness, and new opportunities
• Measure – Report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and compare to the goals required. Conduct testing on digital marketing strategies to ensure success
• Optimise and iterate – Set and monitor your goals to fit with the ethos of the company. Monitor your personal and professional growth as your team grows

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position may benefit you but all training is provided with ongoing support
• The biggest requirement is a burning desire to do something new and have the drive to help us grow. I want to work with people who are passionate about the industry of personal growth and development, and want success for themselves in every area of life
