We are looking for bookkeepers to join our tribe and who is eager to make an impact and support Australian SMEs in thriving.This is an expression of interest - we plan on hiring 2-4 bookkeepers per quarter in 2025RequirementsWhat the role is about:

• Support a portfolio of Australian SMEs, being their point of contact for everything accounting-related, and ensuring smooth sailing of our operations - you are a true business partner to them
• Be the point of contact for anything accounting-related for your clients
• Control the work quality delivered by the bookkeeping team
• Communicate regularly with clients to ensure that all of their questions are addressed and that we have all the data we need to deliver our work - providing them peace of mind
• Coordinate quarterly BAS submissions and other ad-hoc accounting-related duties

Who You Are

• At least 3 years of Australian Accounting experience, communicating directly with clients;
• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent and either CA, CPA, or CIMA qualified, or be actively working towards these certifications;
• EXPERT level in Excel, Xero, Dext, A2X…
• HIGHLY attentive to detail
