Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, generating leads, prospecting new business opportunities, setting appointments, and managing client relationships. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Ability to provide effective Customer Support
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
