Job Title: P&C ManagerLocation: Remote - AEST timeEmployment Type: Part-Time, (4-5 days per week/5hrs per day) We’re looking for an experienced P&C Manager to join a high-performing digital marketing team. You’ll manage compliance with policies and laws while fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable HR professional with extensive experience in the advertising industry and a strong grasp of its unique dynamics. Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, managing the full hiring cycle and maintaining a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Onboarding & Employee Integration: Oversee a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring alignment with company culture, values, and team integration.
  • Workplace Culture & Engagement: Lead initiatives that nurture a positive, inclusive, and creative workplace, organising team-building activities to enhance collaboration and morale.
  • Employee Development & Relations: Provide ongoing support for employee growth, fostering open communication and a culture of feedback to drive professional development.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure accurate employee records, compliance with labor laws, and effective support for performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, focusing on recruitment and employee engagement in creative or digital marketing agencies.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, creative approach to employee engagement and culture-building.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working remotely with a quiet, dedicated workspace and reliable internet.
