The House of Mercier is seeking a motivated Remote Office Assistant to join our team! This role provides a fantastic opportunity to work from home while supporting our daily operations. As a Remote Office Assistant, you will assist with various administrative tasks to help our team function efficiently. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a vibrant remote work environment, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities

  • Support the team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management
  • Manage communications through email and phone to ensure timely responses to inquiries
  • Organize and maintain files and records digitally for easy access and reference
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations as needed
  • Help coordinate meetings and calendar events for the team
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving administrative processes

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required for this position; we welcome beginners
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for efficient remote work
