About The Role WorkPac is currently in search of a Human Resources Manager to join our esteemed client's team based in Perth. This position is Monday to Friday, with some ad hoc travel. Duties And Responsibilities

• Mentor other Human Resource advisor in the organisation.
• Lead and manage HR functions.
• Oversee compliance by reviewing safety assessments and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of induction systems.
• Manage employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) issues effectively.
• Integrate Indigenous cultural understanding into HR practices and operations.
• Travel to Pilbara sites every six weeks to address HR and compliance needs.
• Represent HR at leadership discussions, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Skills And Experience

• Experience in leading and mentoring other HR professionals.
• Experience in HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong skills in managing employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) issues.
• Ability to develop and implement HR systems and processes.
• Knowledge of safety compliance standards.
• Understanding and respect for Indigenous culture in the workplace.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
