As an Account Manager, you will represent the ZETR brand, acting as an ambassador within the architect and interior design community while focusing on growing opportunities within existing accounts. You will collaborate closely with our Project Sales Manager and be part of a passionate and driven team dedicated to our brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to team sales budgets and targets.
- Provide warm and professional service to our client base, including interior designers and architects.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on quotes promptly.
- Support the Project Sales Manager and team through project consultation and administrative tasks.
- Develop key relationships in regional areas.
- Maintain brand identity and awareness of market trends.
- Ensure accurate account management in our CRM system.
- Attend trade and industry events for product awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in an Account Manager, Sales Consultant, or Retail Management role (1-3 years).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 360 Suite.
