This is not your average finance role—this is about identifying opportunities for improvements, simplifying processes, and helping others feel empowered through better systems. You will: 

• Manage key financial processes, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and compliance obligations and reporting
• Support the organisation with financial guidance that empowers teams to work smarter, not harder
• Analyse and build reports that gives insights to guide decision-making
• Drive process improvements and explore automation opportunities to reduce complexity and enhance efficiency
• Ensure financial governance frameworks are clear, effective, and flexible enough to meet evolving needs
