AP Social Agency is a creator-led content and talent agency built for modern brands. We help businesses and founders build their presence online through content, strategy, and creator partnerships that actually connect. From small businesses to emerging personal brands, we work with clients who value creativity, trust us to show up with ideas, and know the power of strong storytelling.
Now, we’re expanding our contract talent network and looking to bring on experienced Social Media Managers to support our growing list of clients. You’ll be a core part of our extended team, working with clients that match your skills and invoicing us directly per client. Think of it like a partnership: we handle the marketing, client onboarding, and strategy, you bring your content skills and account management know-how.
This is for you if:
✔️ You’ve been running your own social media business or freelancing for at least 2 years
✔️ You’ve worked with 5+ clients or brands across different industries
✔️ You can provide a clear portfolio that showcases your style, results, or approach
✔️ You understand platform strategy (not just what to post, but why)
✔️ You’re proficient in graphics and video editing, and can deliver clean, on-brand content
✔️ You’re confident managing content calendars, brief writing, reporting, and engaging communities
✔️ You communicate clearly, manage your time well, and are happy to work independently with client support from us
What’s involved:
— You’ll be matched with clients based on your strengths and availability
— All work is remote and on your own schedule
— You’ll invoice us per client (monthly), with clear scopes and timelines
— We’ll support you with strategy, content design if needed, and campaign planning
— You’ll join a like-minded network of creatives, with access to training, brief templates, and ongoing support
We’re not building an agency full of micromanagement and silos. We believe in partnering with talent who love what they do and want to focus on great work without the overwhelm of chasing new leads every month.
