We're partnering with Pathfindr AI to hire a number of roles due to unprecendented growth within the business, and we can't be more excited to take these roles to market! Pathfindr is not just another AI consultancy. In just one year, we’ve built a reputation as the bridge between AI hype and AI execution—working with government, ASX-10 firms, and some of Australia’s most respected organisations. We don’t just talk about AI—we train people how to use it, build automation tools, and help organisations turn curiosity into capability. Our AI Accelerator is one of the most in-demand enablement programs in the country—and we’re growing fast. **Australia | Remote-First (Melbourne Office Optional: Mon & Tue) **Reports to: Accerator Program Lead About The Role As an Accelerator Coordinator, you’ll play a key support role in helping us deliver and scale our flagship AI Accelerator. This is a hands-on, early-career role for someone who’s curious about tech, great at figuring things out, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll help with research, content prep, logistics, and live support across our sessions—with a pathway to co-facilitate over time. This isn’t a graduate or admin-only job. You’ll be in the action from day one—joining client calls, helping us build program content, and supporting delivery behind the scenes. In This Role, You’ll ✨ Help design, polish, and prep slides, scripts, and participant materials 🎤 Join live sessions via Zoom or Teams to support delivery (e.g., breakouts, questions, follow-ups) 🔍 Research new tools and use cases for inclusion in our programs 📚 Keep frameworks, templates, and resources organised and up-to-date 🧩 Collaborate with the Accelerator team to improve how we run each cohort You don’t need to be a tech expert—but you’ll need to be comfortable exploring tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Canva AI, and be ready to learn on the go. What We’re Looking For We’re after an energetic, practical doer who’s great with people and thrives on variety. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You ✅ Have 1–2 years of professional work experience (not a grad role) ✅ Are confident speaking and presenting in Zoom/Teams environments ✅ Love being organised and keeping others on track ✅ Are curious about AI and willing to figure out new tools fast ✅ Can take initiative and adapt quickly in fast-moving sessions ✅ Are comfortable working with slides, docs, and simple content tools Bonus Points If You’ve ✨ Worked in events, hospitality, support, L&D, or content coordination ✨ Used tools like Miro, PowerPoint, Notion, Canva, or ChatGPT ✨ Helped deliver workshops, programs, or training sessions Why Join Pathfindr? This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s most innovative AI teams - early.
