As we expand in the ANZ region, we are looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to support our partners and customers in designing, deploying, and optimising AV solutions across MAXHUB's broad product range including Interactive Flat Panels, Digital Signage, Microsoft Teams Room, and LED solutions.
Role Overview
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting MAXHUB’s Pro AV business by providing technical expertise, solution design, and pre-sales support to partners and customers. You will work closely with the sales team, ensuring successful project design, proof of concept (POC) implementation, and seamless product integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design: Work closely with partners and end-users to design and propose tailored Pro AV solutions that meet project requirements.
- Tender Response: Support tender submissions by providing technical expertise, solution architecture, and documentation.
- Product Demonstrations & POCs: Conduct live product demonstrations and set up proof-of-concept (POC)deployments to showcase MAXHUB’s capabilities.
- Partner Enablement & Training: Develop and deliver training sessions to partners’ technical teams, ensuring they are equipped to deploy and support MAXHUB solutions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key partners, acting as their primary point of contact for pre-sales and solution consulting.
- New Product Launches: Lead the technical go-to-market strategy for new products, ensuring new products are well tested, and partners and customers are well-informed.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality technical documents, guides, and best practices for deployment and support.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role in the Pro AV / UC industry.
- Strong knowledge of AV solutions, collaboration platforms, and video conferencing technologies.
- Experience integrating complex meeting room solutions with pro audio brands and control systems.
- Experience in designing and supporting Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) solutions is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with tender responses and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with partners and internal teams.
- Regular travels within Australia and New Zealand, and infrequently to other APAC regions can be expected.
- Mandarin language proficiency is a bonus but not required.
