As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the first person our clients talk to after they sign on. You’ll make sure they feel confident, excited, and supported from the very beginning. ✨ Welcome new clients and guide them through onboarding 📞 Call, email, text, follow up — whatever it takes to keep them informed and engaged 🧠 Triage questions and act as the buffer between clients and delivery teams 📅 Coordinate diaries, manage comms, and keep everything running smoothly 💬 Build real relationships — people trust you, and you follow through You’ll become the heartbeat of client communications — and the reason clients say, “Wow, they’ve got this.” What We’re Looking For ✅ 1–2 years in hospitality, customer service, events, or coordination roles — café managers, hosts, baristas, or front-of-house legends welcome! ✅ A natural people-person — confident speaking on the phone, Zoom, or in person ✅ Organised and dependable — you follow up, follow through, and keep things on track ✅ Proactive and solutions-focused — you spot what needs doing and make it happen ✅ Curious and tech-friendly — open to learning tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Notion Bonus Points If You’ve ✔ Gotten compliments like “you’re so on top of things” or “you made this so easy” Why Join Pathfindr?
