Role Description We are seeking qualified, experienced contractors, for a Project Management Facilitators / Assessors at Australasian Leadership Academy (ALA). The Project Management Facilitators will be responsible for overseeing project management training programs, facilitating training sessions (F2F and / or online), assessment, and mentoring candidates ensuring project / program success. These roles are flexible, primarily hybrid / remote, with some delivery in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, QLD. Qualifications
- Project Management industry experience & skills
- Experience in conducting Mentoring, Assessment and Facilitation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
- Project Management certifications (e.g., RegPM, PMP) is beneficial
