The Role

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help accelerate our growth. In this fully remote (WFH) role, you will be responsible for outbound prospecting, engaging with leads, and booking qualified product demonstrations with key decision-makers (mainly HR managers and senior hiring staff). Full-time or part-time commitment required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and conduct outreach via email and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
  • Book qualified product demos
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers within mid-to-large organisations.
  • Keep CRM records up to date with all prospect interactions and notes.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner

About You

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing or a similar role (preferred but not essential).
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling.
  • Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated to succeed.
  • Organised, with great attention to detail and follow-up.

Remuneration

  • Commission Only – paid per successful client acquisition 
  • Additional performance-based incentives are available.
