This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining analytics with creativity to drive conversions and enhance the online shopping experience in a fully remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online merchandising strategies across the e-commerce platform
• Manage product assortment, categorization, and on-site placement
• Optimize product listings, descriptions, visuals, and pricing strategies
• Monitor site performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams on campaigns and launches
• Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions
• Manage promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, and product launches
• Ensure brand consistency and a seamless customer journey across the site

✅ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, retail, or digital operations
• Strong understanding of online merchandising principles and customer journey
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities

General Requirements

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
