The ideal candidate can demonstrate their ability to deliver on campaigns and drive user acquisition through growth hacking actions and the coordinated action of the team around them.

Key Actions & DutiesGrowth Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, engage and retain users.
• Identify and test new audience segments to drive product adoption
• Optimise user acquisition channels, including organic, paid, referral and viral loops

AI Product Marketing & Positioning

• Craft compelling messaging and positioning to showcase the AI meeting assistant's value
• Develop and execute AI-focused marketing campaigns that resonate with the audiences
• Collaborate with the product team to refine the onboarding experience and user journey

Performance & Data Analytics

• Set and track growth KPIs, including acquisition, activation and retention metrics
• Conduct A/B testing, funnel analysis and user behaviour tracking to optimise conversion
• Leverage AI-driven insights and automation tools to enhance marketing performance

Viral & Community Growth

• Leverage AI and automation to drive organic word-of-mouth and referral growth
• Build and engage an AI-enthusiast community around the product
• Collaborate with influencers and AI thought leaders to amplify product visibility

Collaboration & Experimentation

• Work closely with engineering, product and design teams to align on growth initiatives
• Continuously test and iterate on growth experiments to find high-impact opportunities
• Stay ahead of AI and marketing trends to apply innovative growth hacking techniques

Skill & Experience Requirements

• 4+ years’ work experience in a similar role
• Understanding of AI in a marketing context
• Strong experience in digital marketing roles with demonstrable hands-on success
• Commercially driven and customer centric
• Project management skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners and prioritise high impact activities
• Knowledge working with Wordpress
• Experience working with affiliate partners and influencers
• Experience in building communities
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• B2B experience
