Job Description

- Annual salary (AUD): 85k-100k

The Role We are on the lookout for a talented Designer/Animator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality design outputs with speed. As a Figma expert, you'll work across digital platforms to create innovative designs and animations that elevate our clients' brands. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and animate engaging visuals for digital campaigns, websites, and social media.
- Use Figma to develop and iterate designs with precision and creativity.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design and animation trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in design and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital work.
- Mastery of Figma and proficiency in animation tools like After Effects or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for innovation and creativity in digital design.

Remote Work Expectations:
- Work Hours: You'll work remotely and will need to be available during key business hours in the Australian AEST time zone, with flexibility for certain project deadlines.
- Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with the team via tools like Slack, Zoom, and email. Attendance at key virtual meetings will be required.
- Self-management: Must be comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and maintaining clear communication with project stakeholders.
