As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. RequirementsHere's what you'll be doing:

  • Working within a dedicated sub team to own our client's end user on-boarding experience
  • Ensuring all documented processes are being followed and high-quality outcomes are experienced by our customers with every encounter
  • Refine, update and improve the processes in line with customers changing needs
  • Working with a range of technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft 365 stack, Active Directory, VOIP solutions and more
