Job Description

Posted on: October 29, 2025

Our story Coviu is a catalyst for life-changing online care anywhere. Incubated at CSIRO and one of Australia’s fastest growing technology companies, Coviu is a leading virtual care platform that is beautifully designed, intuitive, and purpose-built for healthcare. We work with a range of healthcare providers and sectors, including doctors, allied health professionals, aged care providers and more - making it easier to deliver higher quality, more engaging virtual care. We’re proud to be the Australian Government’s provider of choice for virtual care. Now, thanks to our users, we’re one of Australia’s fastest growing technology companies with over 12 million+ consultations delivered globally by over 90,000 health practitioners! Having completed our Series A capital raise led by EVP, the Impact Investment Group's Giant Leap Fund, and Main Sequence Ventures, we’re continuing to change the landscape of health as people know it and are passionate about breaking down the barrier of distance and enabling fair and equitable access to healthcare for everyone. The Role As Coviu’s Design and Content Marketer, you will be a creative force driving growth for a leading B2B SaaS healthcare platform. You will own campaigns from concept to execution, using your strong graphic design skills to create compelling visuals, engaging content, and human-centred stories that strengthen Coviu’s presence and impact with healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Producing high-quality digital, social, event, and print assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to deliver a professional and consistent brand presence.
  • Manage and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns - social media, webinars, email, events, and content - to help healthcare professionals discover and engage with Coviu.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including content creation, scheduling, audience engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Conducting customer interviews and developing human-centred narratives that build trust and connection.
  • Planning, promoting, and delivering webinars that educate and engage healthcare professionals.
  • Writing and editing blogs, guides, and short-form content aligned with Coviu’s brand voice.
  • Building, sending, and optimising targeted emails and newsletters to drive engagement and growth across B2B SaaS channels.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of campaigns with business objectives.

Desirable experience and skills:

  • Solid experience in B2B SaaS marketing is required.
  • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries is a plus.
  • Highly proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with strong graphic design skills, including a keen eye for composition, typography, and colour.
  • Experienced in creating and publishing content across social media, email, webinars, and digital campaigns.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills to create engaging, customer-focused content independently.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset to track, measure, and optimise marketing performance.
  • Comfortable conducting customer interviews and developing authentic stories.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/email tools is a plus.
  • Collaborative, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to own marketing initiatives in a remote team environment.
