Position: English Language Model Trainer

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $16/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Short-term,10-40hrs/week flexible hours with asynchronous scheduling

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Evaluate audio, image, and video samples against clear criteria
• Compare candidate outputs and select the strongest result
• Provide light annotations and tagging to aid training and benchmarking
• Apply project guidelines to keep ratings consistent across raters

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (native or near-native)
• Excellent attention to detail and concise, professional writing
• Consistent follow-through on instructions and quality thresholds
• Self-directed and comfortable with repetitive review tasks
