Mission
We are looking for a permanent part-time in-house digital media specialist, but could develop into a full-time position based on your goals. The position is offered to someone who is living within Australia only.
We are looking to pay $48K to $60K + Super (for 3 days of work) for the position. This extends to $80-$100k pro rata. Depending on your current skillset and experience.
Reporting directly to the CMO, your mission is to drive growth by executing and optimising marketing campaigns that deliver tangible results. You’ll manage paid media, oversee data and analytics, and implement marketing processes that align with our goals.

- The marketing department of the business is still quite young though the business is over 20 years old. There is a lot of potential for growth and wearing different hats. Based on your strengths, interests and goals, there is an opportunity to grow into a leadership/management role. You won’t be pigeon holed.
Outcomes/Responsibilities
- Execute, project manage and optimise campaigns across all key channels of PPC and email.
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and the ideal marketing mix to achieve KPIs.
- Within 12 months manage a network of vendors, agencies, and contractors to execute campaigns, including media reps, tech specialists (CRM, automation, website), SEO experts, content creators, copywriters, and designers.
- Work closely with the management and cross-department teams to design and implement digital marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives and outcomes
- Provide research, planning, strategy, and reporting support for digital marketing initiatives, contributing insights and actionable recommendations
- Create and refine SOPs, templates, and workflows to enhance marketing operations. Work with the CMO to integrate these processes into the broader marketing system.
- Demonstrate thought leadership and staying informed of emerging trends by proactively identifying opportunities to improve marketing efforts.
- From 12 months onwards take on a leadership role in developing specialised functions and new teams within the business that can be aligned with your strengths and the company’s needs.
Who You Are
- Minimum 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms like (Meta and Google Ads), with some exposure to content and email marketing
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance and building high-performance campaigns and funnels that get results
- Proficient with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Data Studio. Familiarity with CRM platforms and automations is a plus
- Experience briefing in and working with designers, copywriters and creative teams
- Able to bring in fresh ideas to ad copy and campaigns strategies
- Knows how to view data and identify optimisation opportunities or inform the strategy
- You are great at planning ahead of time and are very process-oriented in your approach. You have a checklist for many things.
- Can read numbers accurately without mistakes and understands the value of double checking work
- You communicate clearly, effectively, and with respect - fluent English is required
- You have worked with other digital marketers and designers before and know how to communicate when working on complex projects
- Since the marketing team is still young, you are able to adapt to changes and new ideas as the team evolves
- You are able able to work on multiple projects at once
- You have great time management skills and are able to self-manage yourself whilst working remotely. The more autonomous you can be, the better long term.
