Legal Team Leader

Looking for a team leader for our powerhouse legal team! Would suit lawyers with 2+ years experience, but also considering conveyancers or paralegals with the right experience. Must have skills include: - people management (role supervises 5+ staff including paralegals, admin and a lawyer) - ability to manage competing priorities - confidence around the conveyancing process, as well as general legal knowledge of contract, property, wills and estates law). - customer satisfaction and stakeholder management - ability to work without supervision as the role is 100% remote No billable hours or budget expectations, but delivering on work given is a must.
