Sales Development Representative

🚀 We’re Hiring – Sales Development Representative (Remote)

Digital Directions is one of Australia’s fastest-growing HR tech consultancies. We help businesses select, implement, and integrate world-class HR software from over 30 leading technology vendors.

We’re looking for a driven SDR to join our remote team and fuel our next stage of growth. You’ll be connecting with senior HR, Finance, and Tech leaders — opening doors, building relationships, and booking high-quality meetings that drive impact.

What you’ll do:

• Prospect and engage HR/People leaders via email, phone, and LinkedIn
• Book qualified meetings with decision-makers
• Manage outreach activity in HubSpot CRM
• Leverage and utilise best-in-class outbound sales tools to connect with prospects
• Collaborate with marketing and sales team to refine messaging and outreach

What we’re looking for:

• Proven SDR / Appointment Setter experience (B2B, SaaS preferred)
• Confident communicator, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Strong organisation and follow-up discipline
• Remote work experience and accountability mindset
