As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and executing HR functions. Initially, you'll focus on recruiting a world-class digital marketing team. You'll also ensure compliance with our company policies and employment laws while fostering employee engagement and satisfaction. We're looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and experienced in HR operations, with a strong understanding of the unique dynamics of the creative and digital marketing industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs.

Onboarding & Integration

• Manage onboarding programs to integrate new hires seamlessly into the team.
• Ensure new employees understand and embrace the agency’s culture and values.

Culture & Engagement

• Drive initiatives to promote a positive, inclusive, and creative workplace culture.
• Organise team-building activities and events that strengthen collaboration and morale.
• Act as a culture ambassador, aligning HR strategies with company values.

Employee Relations

• Serve as a trusted resource for employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
• Foster open communication and a feedback-driven environment.

HR Administration & Compliance

• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide support for performance reviews, training, and development programs.

Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment and employee engagement in creative and/or digital marketing agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and proactive approach to employee engagement and culture-building.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Experience in working remotely with a quiet dedicated work environment and reliable high-speed internet.
