Assistant Accountant

Assistant Accountant - Remote

We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Accountant based in Adelaide for a leading global organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing finance team while working in a flexible, remote role working for our Brisbane client.

Key Duties:

• Banking reconciliations
• Bank payments and transfers
• Coding of expense reimbursements and credit card transactions
• Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
• Basic accounting entries (accruals, prepayments, etc.)
• AP additional coding
• Supplier queries

Essential Skills:

• Previous local experience in a similar role
• Knowledge and experience in healthcare

Desirable Skills:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting
• Knowledge of ERP systems (JDE)
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables)

You will play a vital role in supporting both local and international colleagues, including finance teams and commercial management staff.
