We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven Project Management Experience - Someone who has demonstrated expertise in managing complex projects with a solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Superannuation Experience - Someone who has worked on projects within superannuation previously and has a strong understanding of how a super fund operates and the different business units and their functions.
- Insurance Experience - Someone who has a strong knowledge of insurance within superannuation. Any previous experience with an insurance company or working on insurance in super projects will be viewed favourably.
- Strong Leadership Skills - Someone who has the ability to lead teams, diverse stakeholders and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and effective problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and transparent interactions with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies, along with the ability to align project goals with organisational objectives.
- Risk Management Proficiency - Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively, ensuring that potential issues are addressed promptly.
- Commitment to Continuous Improvement - A passion for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with experience in implementing best practices and driving innovation within project management processes.
- Driver - A self starter with the ability to understand what needs to be done and takes steps to achieve this without needing direction. The ability to drive a project, understanding what key decisions need to be made and/or actions to be taken, and making them happen.

As the Project Manager you will:
- Demonstrate proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Asana, Jira) to effectively plan, execute, and monitor projects.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively and manage team dynamics to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project status, risks, and challenges.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimise their impact on project outcomes.
- Adjusts to evolving project needs and shifting priorities to ensure successful outcomes.
