Job OverviewJoin a dynamic and innovative Sydney-based company as a Customer Service Representative. This part-time remote role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring seamless communication between clients and the development team, and delivering impactful results. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular client calls to understand their needs, project requirements, and goals.
  • Schedule and participate in meetings to discuss project progress and new initiatives.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure client projects are well-understood and executed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, from consultation to delivery.
  • Provide project updates, timelines, and deliverables to clients, addressing concerns as needed.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines with clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.
  • Facilitate the smooth handoff of client requirements to the development team.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines are met and service standards are upheld.
  • Advocate for client needs within the company to ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Drive satisfaction through proactive communication and delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in client-facing roles such as account management, client success, project management, or customer support is preferred.
  • Exposure to working with development teams or in a technical environment is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset with a strategic approach.
