Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Mortgage Broker. The Mortgage Broker will work directly with clients to identify their financial needs, provide expert advice on mortgage and loan options, and negotiate favorable terms with lenders. Daily tasks include assessing financial information, preparing loan applications, handling debt consolidation solutions, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves staying informed about current market trends and maintaining compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Mortgage Brokering, Brokerage, and deep knowledge of the mortgage industry

Mandatory Requirements

✅ 2+ years banking/lending experience

✅ Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking

✅ Diploma of Mortgage Broking

✅ Strong credit knowledge

✅ Motivated & self-driven

• Experience with Debt Consolidation and Mortgage Marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of Finance and the ability to offer tailored financial solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment
• Certification or licensing as a Mortgage Broker
• Experience in working with diverse client financial situations and offering customized solutions
