NXT Interactive is an experiential technology studio delivering high-impact interactive solutions for live events, brand activations, exhibitions, and immersive environments. We sit at the intersection of creative ambition and commercial delivery, helping agencies and brands win work and deliver experiences that actually function on the floor.

Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based Sales & Growth Partner role for a true hunter in the events and experiential space.

You will own the front end of growth: prospecting, opening doors, qualifying briefs, and closing deals. You’ll engage with event agencies, production companies, creative agencies, and brand teams, identify where interactive technology can win projects, and convert interest into signed scopes.

Success is measured by pipeline created, deals closed, and revenue generated. You’ll work closely with the NXT Interactive team on solutioning and pricing, but you own momentum from first contact through to contract.

Commission Structure

  • Commission paid on all projects you originate and close
  • Percentage-based commission on total project value (discussed upfront)
  • No commission cap - earnings scale directly with deals closed
  • Commission paid on won and delivered work, not meetings booked
  • Ideal for someone confident backing themselves on performance

This role is best suited to someone looking for high upside, autonomy, and ownership over their results.

Ideal Experience

  • Proven hunter-style sales or business development experience
  • Background in events, experiential, production, or creative industries
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, objection handling, and closing
  • Strong commercial instincts around budgets, timelines, and scope
