Key Responsibilities
- Partner with management to identify workforce needs and deliver effective HR strategies.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop, review, and maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with Australian labour laws and company standards.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Manage payroll coordination and employee benefits in collaboration with the finance team.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees, promoting a respectful, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
- Support organizational change initiatives and foster a strong, positive company culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Australian HR compliance, employment law, and HR best practices.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR or People Operations role.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
