Job Description
The Customer Success Generalist is a versatile role that encompasses all aspects of customer success, from implementation and onboarding to support, documentation, and ongoing retention. This person will work across SaaS and DaaS products, ensuring seamless customer experiences while tackling diverse tasks. Ideal candidates have a background in HR, recruitment, or workforce management, combined with exceptional organizational skills and a can-do attitude. Your role will:
- Lead implementation and onboarding processes for new customers, including consulting on best practices and supporting project management.
- Be responsible for ongoing customer engagement, success tracking and health monitoring. You will provide regular reports to stakeholders and develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Manage support requests by triaging issues, resolving problems, and maintaining a ticketing system.
- Document workflows, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed to support the team’s goals.
- Maintain expert level knowledge of Reejig product offerings.
Qualifications
To be a successful member of the Reejig™ tribe, you will be passionate about solving problems and delivering value to customers. You will have:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, HR, recruitment, or workforce strategy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication, listening, and relationship building skills, driven by empathy and a desire to understand where customers are coming from.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with an ability to break down business problems and create solutions that align to customer goals.
- Ability to to be agile and self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A basic technical understanding of integrations and how API’s work or the ability to learn.
