About the Role

As a WMS Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing logistics operations through expert analysis and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems. You will:

• Analyze and Consult: Tackle complex logistics challenges, offering strategic solutions to improve WMS efficiency for global clients.
• Create Excellence: Develop streamlined operational workflows, comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures, and detailed functional specifications.
• Train & Support: Provide expert WMS training and hands-on support during client go-lives.
• Test & Improve: Ensure all software modifications meet the highest standards of functional accuracy in WMS environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role, with a strong background in the logistics industry, particularly in WMS.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Proficiency (A Plus): Familiarity with databases, SQL, and core software concepts related to WMS.
