🎯 Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage daily accounting activities, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

✅ Requirements

1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
