Key Responsibilities: Your Offshoring Adventure Mission (Responsibilities, but make it fun!):

  • Discovery Deep Dives & Presentation Power-Ups! ๐Ÿ” ๐Ÿ’ฅ: Conduct awesome discovery calls to unlock client needs, then deliver presentations that are less "snooze-fest" and more "mind-blown."
  • Pipeline Pathfinder & Deal Closer! ๐Ÿงญ ๐Ÿค: Guide clients through the entire sales journey, turning leads into loyal partners. From first hello to contract signing, you're their trusted navigator.
  • Lead Generation Dynamo & Network Ninja! โšก๏ธ ๐Ÿฅท: Turn leads into opportunities, networking like a pro and nurturing those inbound gems. Plus, team up with our referral partners for even more adventures!
  • CRM Command Center & Data Detective! ๐Ÿ“Š ๐Ÿ•ต๏ธโ€โ™‚๏ธ: Keep our HubSpot (or similar) CRM ship sailing smoothly, tracking leads, deals, and client interactions with laser focus.
  • Offshoring Oracle & Solution Architect! ๐Ÿ”ฎ ๐Ÿ—๏ธ: Become the go-to expert on TTP Outsourcing's solutions, tailoring them to each client's unique needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the offshoring, recruitment, HR, EOR, outsourcing or related industry is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle and proven ability to connect with senior decision makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hunger to learn and grow in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in sales prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Knowledge of the Philippines offshoring market.
  • Experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) Role looking to move into a BDM/AE role.

Reporting To: Ben Shipley, Chief Customer Officer

Shift Schedule: (Mon-Fri) 9:00am to 5:30pm AES/DT
