Application Developer – AI Career Planner

This role focuses on building an innovative AI-powered Career Growth Planner designed to help professionals identify and bridge skill gaps for career advancement. The project centers on developing a user-friendly platform where users can upload their resumes and specify target roles, enabling AI-driven analysis to recommend personalized upskilling pathways and forecast potential salary increases. The ideal candidate will play a key part in architecting and implementing the core features, ensuring seamless integration between AI models, intuitive front-end interfaces, and robust backend systems. • Develop a secure and efficient resume upload and parsing feature.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application development, ideally with AI-driven products.
• Proficiency with OpenAI or Claude APIs for natural language processing and analysis.
• Strong front-end development skills using Bubble, Lovable, or similar no-code/low-code platforms.
• Experience with backend development and database management, preferably with Supabase.
• Ability to design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user flows.
• Familiarity with data privacy best practices and secure handling of personal information.
