Freelance Content Designer

This role focuses on upgrading, editing, and creating marketing and onboarding documents for an online group experience, utilizing Google Workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management and content creation, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver clear, engaging materials. The position is fully remote and requires the ability to provide guidance on Google Workspace navigation as needed. This is a single project with the potential for additional assignments based on performance. Deliverables

• Upgrade and edit existing marketing and onboarding documents stored in Google Workspace
• Create new documents as required to support marketing and onboarding processes
• Ensure all documents are clear, professional, and aligned with the intended audience
• Provide guidance and best practices for navigating and utilizing Google Workspace tools
• Collaborate remotely to understand project requirements and deliver timely updates

Requirements

• Proven experience with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content creation skills
• Ability to structure and format documents for clarity and impact
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Experience with marketing or onboarding documentation is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote setting
• Availability for potential follow-up work
