This is your launchpad. You’ll drive Dayos’s U.S. enterprise expansion, targeting some of the world’s biggest brands with next-gen AI solutions.

You'll work directly with a global sales team, learn the ins and outs of enterprise SaaS, and open doors to Fortune 500 companies. If you want a high-growth role in a fast-moving market — and to shape the AI revolution for enterprise operations — this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Find & Engage — Prospect U.S. enterprise decision-makers via cold emails, calls, and social outreach. Use Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to craft smart, multi-touch sequences.
  • Research Deep — Go beyond surface-level. Study annual reports, 10-Ks, earnings calls, and news to personalize outreach and make each message matter.
  • Qualify & Pitch — Identify real pain points, run discovery, and position Dayos AI as the answer. Your mission: book quality meetings with enterprise execs.
  • Collaborate — Team up with AEs and Marketing to refine strategies. Be the voice of the customer, sharing insights to shape messaging and positioning.
  • Own Your Pipeline — Keep your CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) clean and active. Stay organized, stay sharp, and never let a lead slip through.

About You

  • 2+ Years in Outbound Sales — Proven success as a BDR/SDR targeting U.S. or international markets.
  • Apollo.io Pro — Comfortable building sequences, optimizing send times, and getting the most out of Apollo.
  • Research-Driven — Skilled at finding key insights and tailoring outreach using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and corporate filings.
  • Enterprise Fluent — You understand enterprise org charts, decision-making processes, and procurement cycles.
  • Clear Communicator — Strong written and verbal English. You know how to connect with executives via email, phone, and Zoom.
  • Organized & Self-Driven — Thrive in a remote, autonomous role managing your own pipeline.
  • ERP, HCM, FP&A Curious — You speak the language of enterprise software and know the common challenges (no need to be an expert).

Bonus Points

  • Experience with enterprise SaaS (ERP, HR tech, finance, ITSM).
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, or other prospecting tools.
  • Creative prospecting techniques — AI tools, bold personalization, and innovative outreach.
