HTC VIVE is looking for a Product Manager to lead and drive our enterprise solutions. In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Business Development, Engineers, Designers, and Technical Artists to shape and deliver innovative enterprise products that meet customer needs. You will play a crucial role in defining product specifications, ensuring timely execution, and driving business success.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited:

• Product Strategy & Execution: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business products.
• Customer-Concentric Development: Collaborate with Sales and Business Development teams to understand customer pain points and translate them into product specifications and user stories.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Technical Art teams to set development timelines, track progress, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Agile Leadership: Drive an agile product development process, ensuring adaptability and continuous iteration based on customer feedback.
• Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Accountability & Ownership: Take full ownership of product outcomes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations.
• Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Abilities)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience in software product management, with at least 3+ years in B2B software product management.
• Proven experience engaging with Sales and Business Development teams to understand customer needs and translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Proven experience in working with engineering, design, and technical art teams to drive product development.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong sense of accountability, with a track record of delivering impactful products.
• Agile mindset with a proactive and action-oriented approach.
• Willingness to take on challenges and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Abilities)

• Professional experience in XR, metaverse, or immersive technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS solutions and experience leveraging AI technologies in product development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
