🎯 About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our eCommerce clients.

This is not a coordination role - you'll own the client relationship end to end, supported by world-class copywriters, designers, and tech specialists.

Your mission:

  • Drive retention, growth, and lifetime value for our clients
  • Proactively identify gaps and opportunities in client accounts
  • Communicate clearly, directly, and fast with clients and internal teams
  • Build trusted relationships that keep clients retained long term

You will have:

  • Direct access to brand owners and decision-makers
  • Autonomy to make smart decisions fast
  • An opportunity to grow into leadership as we scale

🧩 Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of eCommerce clients
  • Review account performance, report insights, and recommend strategy pivots
  • Coordinate with internal copywriters, designers, and technical specialists to deliver best-in-class campaigns and flows
  • Proactively manage deadlines and deliverables
  • Lead monthly strategy calls and present reports
  • Identify upsell opportunities and help clients expand their scope
  • Maintain high client retention and satisfaction scores
  • Continuously improve internal processes and playbooks

🛠️ Klaviyo Experience: Atleast 1-2 years with Klaviyo is Essential

🤝 Team player You work well with creatives and technical teams to deliver outcomes.

✅ Requirements

  • 2+ years in an Account Manager, Customer Success, or Project Manager role
  • Ideally agency or high client-volume experience
  • Essential: Klaviyo experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones
  • Obsessed with client success and personal growth
