Partnerships and Digital Marketing Contractor
The Australian POTS Foundation (APF) is seeking a skilled and purpose-driven contractor to lead our partnerships and contribute to digital marketing initiatives. As a small but ambitious patient-led organisation, we’re looking for someone who can help us develop and manage affiliate relationships, strengthen our industry ties, and support the implementation of our digital marketing strategy.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in health industry partnerships or sales — particularly in cardiovascular health or allied health — and who is comfortable working independently across multiple digital platforms.
Part-time | Approx. 6 hours/week | Remote (Australia-based only)
Contract Role | Flexible Hours
Responsibilities
Develop and manage affiliate and sponsorship relationships with health, wellness, and chronic illness-aligned organisations.
Identify and pitch partnership opportunities that align with our values and goals, including in-kind, revenue-sharing, and promotional collaborations.
Assist in executing and refining APF’s digital marketing strategy, including:
- Contributing to email campaigns, social media promotions, and content calendars.
- Monitoring marketing analytics and recommending optimisation strategies.
Maintain and nurture existing partner and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, retention, and mutual value.
Collaborate with the CEO and communications team to support campaign development, launch coordination, and brand consistency.
Provide light-touch copywriting and visual feedback on co-branded materials (assets for social posts, ads, partnership banners, etc.).
Support in planning industry engagement opportunities, including webinars, panels, and events when relevant.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or sales – ideally within the health, medical device, or wellness industries
- Background in cardiovascular health, chronic illness, or autonomic conditions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing models and sustainable partnership frameworks
- Proven capability across digital tools including Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously within a small, collaborative team
- Alignment with APF’s values and mission
Time Commitment
- Approx. 4-8 hours per week
- Remote, flexible work schedule
- Initial 3-month engagement with potential to extend
